Muay Thai
Muay Thai, or Thai Boxing, is a dynamic striking art that utilizes fists, feet, elbows, and knees, earning it the title “Art of Eight Limbs.”

The curriculum
Defensive Edge Thai Boxing offers a Muay Thai curriculum broken up into several classes:
In this class students can expect to focus on stance, footwork, basic strikes, and defensive techniques. Classes are paced specifically for beginners, emphasizing proper form, safety, and building confidence in your skills.
In this class students learn to apply techniques and strategy in a controlled environment, working on timing, distance, and strategy while supervised by our instructors. Students will utilize padwork, bagwork and drilling to enforce technique application.
In this class students will focus on Thai-style stand up grappling for clinch positions, off balancing, and striking with elbows and knees.
Students must have 6+ months of experience to join sparring/competition training.
